If you believe your item is defective, you have 7 days to contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) to report defects. I will help with troubleshooting tips and if that does not fix the item I will test your device and if I notice a defect I will replace free of charge, if no defect found I will ship item back to you with a charge of $7.00.
