Yoni eggs (kegel exercise)

Insert one or both of the eggs into your vagina and hold them in as you walk around to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. The eggs are 1.75″ x 1″ each, and each weighs about 1.5 oz. Soak the eggs in cold or warm water, and they will retain that temperature. They are easy to clean and will last a lifetime.
