Shipping

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sexual Healing LLC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. (Not including weekends and holidays) All orders will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. (Please check your spam folder)

If we are experience a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Once USPS receives package Sexual Healing does not have control of the package anymore. All questions and concerns will be directed to USPS.

Lost / Stolen packages

If you have not received your package and it says delivered online, please file a claim with UPS or USPS. Once a claim has been filed the carrier will investigate. We do not issue any refunds for packages that states DELIVERED. Also check with your neighbors to see if anyone may have signed for you. Sexual Healing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact UPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.
